TorBox Referral Code Not Working? Fixes That Work

If your TorBox referral bonus is not working, the cause is nearly always one of five things: no popup, a blocker, not being logged in, a purchase that does not count, or an account that already bought. Check them in that order, and do it before you pay, because support cannot fix it afterwards.

The golden rule: no popup, no purchase

When you open our link while logged in, TorBox shows a popup asking you to confirm the code. You confirm it, a notification appears, and only then do you get your bonus days. TorBox’s own help article is clear: if you do not see the popup, do not make a purchase.

Fix it step by step

1. Log in first

   Sign in on torbox.app, in the same browser you will pay from. The link adds the code to a logged-in account.

2. Open the link in a new tab

   Click our link again. A popup (the look depends on your browser) should ask you to confirm the code.

3. Turn off popup and ad blockers

   Allow popups for torbox.app and pause ad blockers, privacy extensions and script blockers for the site. These are the most common cause.

4. Try another browser or a private window

   A fresh profile with no extensions rules out settings problems. Keep it logged in to the same account.

5. Use the code box instead

   Scroll to the bottom of the subscription page, paste the code into the code field, and submit. Look for the “Referral code added” confirmation.

6. Pay only after you see the confirmation

   That confirmation is the proof the code is attached.

Why it still might not give you a bonus

Even with the code attached, the bonus can be missing for these reasons:

Wrong code or typo

Searching for a “coupon” instead?

• Open the link only after logging in.
• Do not use several different sign-up links in the same browser session. Use the one you want credited, right before paying.
• Keep popups allowed for torbox.app.
• Look for the confirmation message every time.
