How Many Days Do You Get With a 12 Month TorBox Referral?
Published Last updated Reviewed November 2026
A 12 month TorBox plan bought through a referral link adds 84 extra days for you, so you get about 449 days of service, roughly 14.8 months. The formula is 7 days times 12 months, and it applies only to your first purchase.
The sum
- Plan length: 12 months, around 365 days.
- Bonus: 7 days times 12 = 84 days.
- Total: 365 + 84 = 449 days.
- 449 divided by 30.4 days per month is about 14.8 months.
So for every 12 months you pay for, you get nearly 15. The bonus is 23 percent on top of the term (84 divided by 365 is 0.23).
Compared with shorter terms
| Term | Bonus days | Total days (30 day months) | Bonus as a share of term |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | 7 | 37 | 23 percent |
| 3 months | 21 | 111 | 23 percent |
| 6 months | 42 | 222 | 23 percent |
| 12 months | 84 | 444 (449 on a 365 day year) | 23 percent |
The table counts every month as 30 days, so a year comes to 444 days; the 449 above uses a 365 day calendar year. The percentage is the same on every term, because the bonus is 7 days per 30 days. A longer term does not change the rate, it just means a bigger number of days. What a longer term does change is how much you prepay and which per-month price TorBox shows at checkout. We do not publish multi-month prices because they sit behind the login and can change, so look at the checkout.

Pick how many months you buy on your first purchase. Only your first purchase earns the bonus, so a year (84 days) is the one to pick if you will use it. Check the price at checkout.
Your bonus
+84days
360 days bought 84 bonus days 444 days total, 23.3% extra
The bonus is extra time on your plan, not a discount, and it applies to your first purchase only. The 24 hour trial and vouchers do not count. Works on the first purchase of each account only.
What 84 days is worth (estimates)
The figures below are estimates, not prices TorBox quotes. They take the monthly list price, divide by 30 for a daily rate, and multiply by 84:
| Plan | List price per month | Estimated value of 84 bonus days |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3 | about $8.40 |
| Standard | $5 | about $14 |
| Pro | $10 | about $28 |
These are rough, because a 12 month term may cost a different amount per month than the list price, and the checkout is the only place to see it. Even so it gives the order of magnitude: 84 days is 2.8 months, so on Pro the bonus alone covers roughly what nearly three months cost at list price. Put differently, the extra days make each day of the plan about 19 percent cheaper (30 paid days become 37 days of service).
Fun comparisons
- 84 days is 12 weeks exactly. Twelve weeks of extra service for opening a link and confirming a popup.
- It is a week short of a typical quarter, which is about 91 days.
- If you started on 1 November 2026, 365 days gets you to 1 November 2027. The 84 extra days run on to about 24 January 2028.
The catch list
None of these are hidden, but they are easy to miss:
- First purchase on the account only. Renewals and later purchases on that account do not earn it. Do not open extra accounts to repeat it, it can get an account banned.
- Open the link while logged in and confirm the popup. Without the popup, no days are added.
- Confirm the popup after opening the link while logged in. If it does not appear, do not buy.
- Vouchers and the 24 hour trial do not count.
- Support will not add the code later.
- Upgrading later prorates the days. TorBox says bonus days are prorated under its upgrade system and not transferred 1:1.
If the popup does not show, read what to do when the bonus does not apply.
Is 12 months a good idea?
Because only the first purchase counts, a longer first term earns more bonus days (3 months = 21, 6 = 42, 12 = 84). The rate is the same 7 days per 30, so it is not a cheaper price: check the price at checkout, and only go for a year if you will use it. It is, if you are sure you will use TorBox for a year. A longer term may carry a lower per-month price (check the checkout, we do not publish those figures) and gives the biggest absolute bonus. If you are not sure, a shorter term limits the commitment, and the bonus percentage is identical. A 3 month term with 21 days is a fair middle path.
Also, there is no lifetime plan that we could verify, which makes 12 months the longest standard commitment. See the lifetime deal post and the bonus explainer for related maths.

Choose a 12 month term
Check the checkout price, then pay. The 84 days are added to your plan.
If you are sure you will use TorBox for a year, make 12 months your first purchase. Only the first purchase on an account earns the bonus, and 12 months is the only term that earns the full 84 bonus days (21 for 3 months, 42 for 6). Renewals and later purchases do not earn it, so pick the term before you pay.
